1 "STARS FOR THE BANNER" CAMPAIGN MESSAGE - Increased military presence and diplomacy in disputed areas, such as the South China Sea coupled with increased military benefits and really fixing VA benefits.
2 TRADE & TARIFF ADJUSTMENTS - Promoting increased trade by lowering tariffs to responsible levels.
3 NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT & BUDGETARY GOALS - Daily 1-2 hour meetings with Congressional Appropriations Committees and key congressional leadership on both sides of the aisle to work out a NATIONAL BUDGET 5 - 6 months before any anticipated Federal Government shutdown as a matter of a permanently congressionally mandated principal as part of the legal code.
4 Pro Choice vs. Pro Life - The judiciary & the country as a whole is decidedly neither Pro Choice nor Pro Life, and deadlocked. Who realistically gets to choose without a channel to GOD to ask which is right? The answer is the American people will finally decide in the 2028 election. Mandate a middle ground: No abortions in 3rd trimester, & no banning abortions entirely.
5 EDUCATIONAL REFORMS - Require sponsorship by large corporations and select small to large businesses in order to qualify for existing joint house approved $& pending legislation for approval for university $& college loans & all tied from top-down to new Tiered Pell Grant Structure (TPGS) with satisfactory loan performance required tied to satisfactory 3 - 5 level performance review evaluation from college registrar’s office with campus administrative reviews & accurate grade reports which requires teacher approval with faculty team meetings with prior approval of the Academic Dean in conjunction with Academic Dean’s List Honor Students to promote and highlight achievement scores within the envelope of the TPGS in which academic performance ratings in this manner are tied to the interest & repayment terms of the Federal Pell Grant and existing federally backed loan programs on documented schedules.
6 GUN CONTROL - NOT SEEKING UNIVERSAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
Promoting existing near-universal access to law abiding citizens, with police sponsored community firearms education, training, & certification, additional conceal carry permits training requirements emphasizing search methods & investigation methods, requiring select armed citizens with upgraded certification to participate regularly in restructuring police patrol units assignments and police patrol zones. No-firearm designated properties subject to police patrols with regular welfare checks of suspected individuals exhibiting certain behavioral traits (based on local clinical psychiatric & physician exhaustive list of recommended behavioral traits to flag unstable individuals).
7 GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION - Get behind a primary new solution and take legislative action; Let’s go to the Moon with NASA going beyond just the proposal stage for VCEL LASER DIODE production of GLOBAL WARMING reduction by Moon dust umbrella canon technology deployed on the Moon’s surface.

8 Immigration & Customs and Border Patrol - Increased regulations and relaxing a few. Rolling back all 9 of the Donald Trump Administration’s destructive & disastrous immigration & CBP policies. Expanded asylum program measures & staffing to reduce asylum wait times to 3-4 weeks. No asylum seekers admitted if they are convicted of major crimes.
9 Drug Enforcement Action Legislation - Expansion of powers to agencies to patrol more frequently with more equipment, training, & heavy armor, but not without expansion of drug addiction rehabilitation centers near border towns rather than unnecessary spending of more money on border patrol agents.
10 ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE - Expanding some select economic assistance programs to the poor and economically disadvantaged.
11 Foreign Policy - Nuclear Proliferation - Nuclear arms reduction treaties are only gained by daily foreign dignitary conference calls & summits with stringent arms reduction programs using proposals all nuclear nations can agree to with all the new nuclear powers: beginning with the rising & new nuclear powers of Iran, India, and Pakistan.
12 Palestine - Political centers need professionally staffed officials that engage with Israel on a daily basis including weekends.
